ZPA-010

Automatic packaging machine set ZPA-010 is an appliance for forming different type products (bottles, cans, jars, boxes, etc.) into packets and wrapping them with thermoshrink foil. A packet formed in a forming set is wrapped with foil unrolled from two rolls. After pushing the packet on the acceptance transporter, a welder welds and cuts out foil. The packaging machine co-operates with the shrink tunnel where the foil shrinks at high temperature giving the package its final shape.

 ZPA-020

Automatic packaging machine set ZPA-020 is an appliance for automatic packaging of single ptoducts into a packet. Due to its high temperature, it can co-operate with high efficiency production lines. The process of acceptance from a conveyor belt, grouping, separation, thermoshrink foil wrapping and shrinking are performed fully automatically, which with output of 6 000 units per hour requires one person to operate only.

 ZPA-040

Automatic packaging machine set ZPA 040 is an appliance for packaging small glass units. Customer required output (e.g. 12000 small bottles per hour). Sealed packets are made automatically by wrapping and shrinkage with the use of thermoshrink PE foil.

 NWJ Nice Wrap

Series of automatic packaging machines wrapping products with thermoshrink foil, working with output of 25 70 packages per minute. NWJ is an appliance working without using a welder.

The machine wrapping large size products like doors, windows, panels in a system of close wrapping with PE foil.

 JC 1

The wrapper has been designed for producers who have problems with protection of their products. Long elements, e.g. cornices, siding or wooden products, may be wrapped and protected with stretch foil, paper or PE foil within a dozen or so seconds, making a compact packet ready for every transport distances.

 ZPP-100

Automatic Packaging Machine ZPP-100 is used for manual forming of: bottles, cans, cartons, etc., and shrink-wrapping. The appliance consists in a packaging machine and a shrinking tunnel mounted on a common frame and is equipped with a sealer with constant sealing temperature.

Semiautomatic Packaging Machine PPA-031 is an appliance designed for packaging products of different type (bottles, cans, cartons, etc.) into a PE thermoshrink foil and pushing a packet into a shrinking tunnel in order to shrink the foil.

 PK-020

Angle Packaging Machine PK-020 pre-wraps in semi-sleeve shaped PE foil formed by an operator and seals with the use of a clamping-sealing arm. Such prepared packet can be shrunk in the shrinking tunnel. The appliance is equipped with an impulse or constant temperature sealer.
