TGW 40/50

Shrink tunnel TGW 40/50 is an appliance where takes place the process of foil shrinkage on packages and their sets (e.g. jars, cans, bottles, etc.) into one uniform packet.
Products for packaging are inserted into the heating chamber on a conveyor belt. Due to high temperature in the tunnel, foil, in which the packed products are wrapped, shrinks. Time of packet staying in the shrink tunnel as well as temperature are adjusted from the control box. After leaving the shrink chamber, the packet stops on an acceptance table, where it is cooled fast by a fan mounted over the table.

 TPK-010

The tunnel together with the semi automatic packaging machine TTP-010 is a new generation machine running in a semi automatic cycle. It enables sets of packages (i.e. jars, cans, boxes, books, etc.) to be tight packed into a foil. As a standard, the appliance is equipped with: adjustable belt conveing rate in a shrinking chamber; adjustable height of a conveyor putting packets onto the belt conveyor of the heating chamber, according to height of the packet.
