Semi-automatic Pallet Wrapping Machine
Semi-automatic Pallet Wrapper FR 2 is a device designed for wrapping pallets with stretch foil of all kinds of loads on pallets. The stretch film protects the pallet with the load against unfavorable weather conditions, damage and dirt.
The wrapping machine is equipped with a two-engine film stretching system. The film stretching value set on the control panel in the range from 0% to 400% and the film tension value between the trolley and the load from 0% to 100%, allows us to precisely control stretching and tension of the film, ensuring repeatability and high quality of packaging, which directly translates into lower costs due to the saving of foil.
EQUIPMENT FOR PALLET WRAPERS
Standard equipment:
- smooth speed control of the disc with slow acceleration and braking,
- automatic plate positioning system,
- automatic wrapping height adjustment,
- trolley for unwinding the film with two-engine foil prestretching / adjustment of foil stretching in the range of 0-400% and the value of foil tension between the trolley and the load in the range of 0-100%
- folding pole for transport, with the control panel hanging on it,
- programmable number of wraps at the bottom and top of the pallet / 1 ÷ 9 times /,
- programmable number of layers of pallet wraps / 1 or 2 layers /,
- automatic work cycle with manual control.
Possible optional items:
- automatic foil cutting
- ball bearing drive (only for full platter)
- different wrapping height or plate diameter
- driveway to the wrapping machine
- adjustable speed of the foil trolley on the pole
- count of wrapped bundles
- adaptation of the wrapper to work in temperatures down to -20 o C
- acid-resistant version
- E-shaped plate for driving with a hand pallet truck (pallet weight up to 1000 kg)
